NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Ossining hereby calls for a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 1st Floor Conference Room, 16 Croton Ave, Ossining, NY 10562 and via Zoom videoconferencing to consider a petition by Stony Lodge Hospital, Inc. to change the Town of Ossining zoning map with respect to the property known as 40 Croton Dam Road (Section 1, Block 13, Lot 2 and Section 1, Block 30, Lot 1) in the unincorporated Town of Ossining from the R-15 (one family residence) zoning district to the MF (multifamily) zoning district.
